Ruffle Jacket with Grosgrain Stripes

This is a very special piece!  Our designer loves striped grosgrain ribbon - it gives so many of us whiffs of a lovely and innocent past filled with striped ribbon belts, watch bands and trim on our Bermuda bags.  IYKYK.  That said, she gathered lovely ribbons, made in the USA (we cannot even get these ribbons made in India!), carried them to Jaipur and arranged them on pieces like this unique Ruffle Jacket (can also be worn as a shirt).  Designed in heavy white cotton poplin.  Truly lovely.
