Refund policy

Full Price Merchandise must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt for a refund. 

Please contact us via text at +1 941-586-3220 for approval and instructions. 

$1 Shipping Promotion Returns $10 will be withheld from returns on merchandise that was shipped with our "$1 Shipping" Promotion. 

Discounted Merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  "Discounted Merchandise" includes any and all discounts including but not limited to: Sale, Discount Codes, and any other promos. 

UPS only: at this time we can only accept returns via UPS.  USPS, Fedex, and DHL are inconsistent and have returned packages, therefore we cannot guarantee the acceptance of your shipment at our facility.

Approval Required: Please do not return merchandise without approval. Discounted merchandise that is returned without approval will not be refunded.  If you wish to have the item returned to you we will have you purchase a discounted shipping label to return the goods back to your shipping address.
