Ruthie Top- Floral Block- Orange/Pinks

Simple and flowy in our cotton silk viscose blend, the Ruthie Ruffle Top is so nice on its own, but also matches our Jaipur Maxi Skirt perfectly.  Floral Print with border detailing in bright orange and all the pinks.  Fabric is super soft and amazing in this silk blend.  Hits at low hip.
