Water Mill Dress - Floral Block in Navy, Green

One of our most flattering styles, the Water Mill.  Fitted through the bust with a v-neck and side zip, this also has an empire waist which makes the style super flattering.  Lace insert detail, pockets, slight flare on the 3/4 length sleeve.  Slight hi-lo hem, but a midi length overall.  100% cotton.
