Sarah Ruffle Maxi Dress - Revolving Heart in Pink and Red

Our Sarah silhouette is incredibly flattering.  This dress skims the body in all of the right places, including a nicely fitting accent under the bust to create definition.  Ruffles at neck and slight cap sleeves. Very soft 100% cotton voile, lined.  Pockets.  Maxi length.  This style is slightly more fitted through the bust than other LA PLAGE styles.
